Seems like half of America was asked to read for Lucy. Also seems like this casting director has a history of NOT casting new talent...who knows. I still haven't heard of ANY callbacks for Lucy and it is STILL on Actors Access. I wonder why they are requesting so many video auditions....seems ridiculous...Oh well

Mine is 7, 8 in Jan. Her start has been MUCH slower then yours sounds to be, not sure whether it is talent/looks or geography. We usually spend summers in NYC, so perhaps I shold see if an agent there will take her? I may send you a private message and ask who your agent is, but it would not be for a few months. I am crazy at work now, so cannot do anything beyond what falls on our lap and allows for remote auditions (almost nada to date).

I read it's being shot in New Mexico and shoot begins early October.

My daughter was asked to summit a video audition at the end of august for the role of lucy. We are from Canada....no call back yet.

The role of Lucy came up again today on AA. What are they looking for exactly? Still worthwhile to submit? (We missed the early calls). Where is it shooting?

For those that self-submit... How long until you hear back if they want you to tape?

I think you are supposed to submit on tape. I know that a few months ago there were sides to do and home tape.

So how long after a taped submission? Or is that really just dependent on the film?
