Not headshots but just Lacasting photos for submissions; do they need to be retouched generally?

When CD's look at the images from their end, what size images are they? Are they like 800x600 or even bigger?

When I look at my photos on my end, the full size photos are scaled down to 333x500... Is this the same file size CD's are seeing?

Yep they see headshots how we see them.

I do have some photos that I don't have hardcopies of and are exclusively online profile pics. I only had them retouched if they 100% needed them. Otherwise, they're only color corrected which cost me nothing.

One of the best things about getting older is less retouching. Wrinkles rock!

You pictures should always be as good as they can be, no matter what site their on. I mean they should look like you though, don't over-retouch.

When you submit, your photo is the size of an avatar photo in a page full of other tiny submission photo's. IF they click on your photo and go into your resume then they see exactly what you see on your resume.

Scale your photo down to about 100X100 and see if you think your photo pops.
