Hey everyone:

So the day is finally upon me: I've saved up and can finally afford to NYC to pursue acting. I'm leaving on Tuesday, 10/0. Here's what I've done so far, please give me ideas on other things I can do to be productive.

-Signed up for 2x/ week T Schreiber beginning intensive
-Signed up for 2x/ week Ted Bardy Mesiner
-Am going to sign up for UCB Improv 101 ASAP
-Am on Backstage and Actor's Access, constantly submitting for everything film related
-Have steady income

What else can I do? I have a headshot, but not a fantastic one (http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/29395635#29395635). I'm growing my hair out so am holding off on that until it's where I want it. I'm thinking about maybe enrolling in some one day commercial/ audition/ on camera type classes through Jagger Kaye, but will hold off on that until I'm a little bit settled in the city.

Bottom line is I'm moving and want to do everything I can to maximize my growth as an actor. Any advice would be extremely appreciated.
