Hi everyone, I am in the middle of doing a mailing to managers and agents. I always address my envelope to a specific person which isn't hard to figure out for the agents. However, for a management company that has two people who are both Partners or Co-Owners, do I still pick one or address to both? Maybe is doesn't matter and they read each others mail, but just thought I would ask...? Thank you

Just choose one. If you don't hear anything 3 months later, mail to the other one.

These kinds of decisions aren't as crucial as we tend to think. In this case, the two managers probably don't compre notes on who's sending them mail. If they did, and they discovered you'd mailed to both of them, then what? It's not as if that would have an impact on their response (or lack thereof). We worry way too much about these things. I say, mail at will.
