Synopsis
ALL TOGETHER NOW takes place at a noise-rock concert in the middle of the woods. In a loose narrative style, it follows an ensemble of characters over the course of a single night.

Project Notes
We will be shooting from September 13th to October 1st for 18 days. If chosen as background talent, please note that we will be asking you to come back several times (up to 12 days of work). Must have complete availability from Sep 13 - Oct 1.

The name of the character is JAMES and he's one of the two kids who get handjobs from two of the lead girls. JAMES doesn't have any lines, cause he's the quiet type, but it's still a pretty big role. Looking for: a short, stocky type, 18-20, preferably with a beard.
Rate: $50/day

I'm a pretty open minded person when it comes to what my kids do in the name of acting, but this one chilled me just imagining her doing this role PLUS explaining what is going on (murder!Abortions!Nightmares! YaY!)

I actually wouldn't do this myself!

One young female voice, Age of talent can range dramatically, but must be able to sound like a 6-7 year old girl, that is being murdered.


To Be Born is about a young woman faced with an unplanned pregnancy that seeks to have an abortion. In the midst of the procedure, she finds herself in a regrettable situation when she hears her unborn daughter begin to describe the chilling details of what is happening.

When it gets that graphic, I see picketers with the dead baby pics on signs as the writers.

I don't think all directors/writers/CDs really understand how important the breakdown actually is, in terms of making a first impression on people you'd like to cast. So I'm always interested in the ones that communicate "hey, we have no freaking idea what we're doing":

Is schizophrenic but that is just factual and does not effect his character to behave abnormally in day to day to activities at all. Develops an imaginary Sarah on her death and later meets the real spirit. Is caught between the temptation of being with the Stepford and the 'real' wife.

Since schizophrenia is such a mild disorder and all.

I just wanted to take a look - and got stuck.

This belongs into a breakdown zoo.

You guys are great that you can take this mentally dilapidated stuff with such humor.

O.k., hate to be a drag here, but my kid was in a movie that was funded personally by the director. He felt very passionately about this project so he went ahead and refinanced his house. My kid sent a video audition in, and in all the other kids he auditioned for this role in NY,NJ,CT,PA, he chose my kid. She got paid and everything, alot. The other actor kid in the movie had an agent, manager, etc. The guy was really nice, had a good script, moved things along, had a crew, you name it. Now he is looking for funding to get it into festivals. This is probably one of the sites that he's going to throw it up on. What a way to go, they should have at least alerted your friends who submitted that they were only going to get producer credits, only, I think. Anyway, back to the show.
