What is the official "time in" and "time out" on a film or tv show??? "Time in" is when you report to make-up/hair correct? "Time out" is when you leave "hair/make up" correct???

Excluding meal periods, is this correct???

On the sign in sheets there are spots for time in and time out, including reporting to wardrobe and set and leaving wardrobe and set as well as time out for meals. There are also time considerations if you have to travel to a location.
