Saw this on Casting Networks this morning:

"The role does not pay, however all who participate will receive a voucher for a 2-hour Casting Director Commercial Audition Prep Class with seasoned Casting Director Sara Conte."

Now when you look her up, you will see that all she's ever done is Extras Casting.

I love how they offer no lines but give people imdb credit. That's just stupid.

Re-Casting Kyle is a webseries following a slightly racist casting director at a network known for casting hot, white, young actors who now has to start the network's diversity initiative. She isn't happy about it. The roles listed are for audition montages at the beginning of each episode that can possibly develop into larger roles.

Auditions on April 2 will be used in the series. Actors chosen will receive credit.

[ KAMILAH ]
25-35, female, African American / Native American / Multi-ethnic. Your take on a witch doctor. Over the top, very dramatic, eerie - Improv a must. The audition will be filmed for a montage in the webseries. Auditions selected for use will get actors easy credits!

20s-30s, female, Chinese. Your take on a traditional Chinese woman. Actress needs to be modern Chinese-American and able to switch on a traditional Chinese woman character. Over the top actress, very dramatic actress, give us different takes! Improv skills a must. The audition will be filmed for a montage in the webseries. Auditions selected for use will get actors easy credits!

[ VERNON/ VERONICA ]
Late 30s-40s, male or female, Open Ethnicity. Your take on a Corporate Diversity Trainer. Over the top, very ''serious,'' super excited- improv a must. The audition will be filmed for a montage in the webseries. Auditions selected for use will get actors easy credits!

[ MIKE ]
50s - 60s, male, Caucasian/ Armenian/ Jewish. Over-bearing executive producer. Rich, powerful and slightly off-kilter. Happy to anger in a few short moments. Very particular and always gets his way. These auditions will be filmed for an opening montage of the webseries- easy way for credit.

[ RICK ]
30s, male, open ethnicity. Your take on a serial killer. Creepy, quiet, over the top - Improv a must. The audition will be filmed for a montage in the webseries. Auditions selected for use will get actors easy credits!
