I've tried the lemon juice technique and it never worked for me. But I am of a brown skin complexion so maybe that it is the reason. Natural vitamin E oil has helped my acne scars fade, but it has been a gradual process and took 3-4 months before the really dark spots on my face (especially by forehead) faded into near-invisibility. I would pop out the vitamin e gel from a capsule, mix it with some jojoba oil onto my face before bed, and then wash it off the next morning.
