Does anyone konw where/when they will be held? Will it be a video audition?

Well considering they just started filming Catching Fire... not for a while. Also I'm guessing you will have zero chance of getting an audition unless you at least have a absolutely fantastic agent and equally fantastic resume.

1. Everything said above is true.
2. CL Casting did the extras/featured/background casting for Catching Fire.
3. Since it is such a sought-after film and franchise, they will likely use an alias when casting and filming, just as they did for Catching Fire.
4. While I would love to audition as well, the chances are not likely unless you are already active in Hollywood and well-known around the country.
