Hi. I need a new camera to film auditions with. Can anyone recommend any good models that are user friendly and possibly even inexpensive? Thanks!

You don't need one of those fancy Cannon 5 or 7Ds.

A simple hd camera like those Flips (they don't make Flips anymore, but there are tons of similar cameras out there) is fine.

What are you filming them for? Online auditions? If this is the case, even a good webcam will do the job.

You do not need anything fancy.
