So I had new headshots done in November. I am very happy with them, but I'm not sure which ones should go on my website. Basically, could you guys give me some input on what you think? Like, maybe which few stick out the most to you. The first two are my theatrical & commercial; both chosen by my agent already. Both are the only ones that have been retouched as well. Also, what do you think of the retouch job on the first (theatrical) photo? I'm a bit on the fence.

These don't pop off the computer screen for me. The lighting is a little flat and both shots feel dark. I agree that the first shot is a little over retouched so your skin is too smooth, but it's not terrible. For a commercial shot, it really needs to be a tighter photo. The frame should be mostly your face because it will just get lost in a sea of closeups. Overall, you look like your personality didn't really come through in these, there isn't enough sparkle and you could look really young so you need something very youthful.
If your agents are happy, you can see what happens with these, maybe in Texas since it's a smaller market, these will be ok for a while. As far as putting shots on your website, I recommend that you put an "outtake" or a goof shot that shows more personality and fun. You can have your actual headshot on your site, but your home page should draw someone in. Usually casting is visiting a website (and they rarely rarely do) because they want to see more information, not the same photo they already received. Hope that makes sense. Your website is really just to keep your name out there and make you searchable online as an actress and relevant.

I see what you mean. I had the same thought with those two as well. Do you think that if I mess with the saturation it would help any?

I want to pick two or so other photos for my AA, Casting Netwooks (etc.) profiles because of this.

I don't know that there is too much you can do. You can try to lighten the background a little. You could play around with the image, but it's probably what it is.

Jumping in a bit late here -- I don't think the first photos is too dark, but definitely over-retouched. Should be dialed back so that it looks clean, but still accurate. As an aside, I like the two blue-background, studio shots. You pop more in those shots, and it looks like your personality comes out more than in some of the other shots. I'd like to see a smiling one as your commercial shot.
