So I took a new headshot last week and I'd like your feedback. I've also included my old headshot for comparison. Thanks!

I think it looks great. Much more personality than the original shot.

All I can think of is some very minor retouching to every so slightly reduce some of the lines round your eyes and smooth out some of your pores. But super minor.

I love that your eyes "pop". Sharp.

Thanks for the feedback MarMar6. I'm so happy with my new photographer. Making her clients happy is so important - my earring was bothering me and I asked her to remove it, no problem. I love my new headshot!!!
Thanks Joanna!

Your eyes definitely pop. To me that shows a thinking and very much alive actor. I like the new shot much better than the old. The background on the old one was distracting from you. Good choice.

The new one looks much more inviting and full of personality! I would agree though to do some minor touch-ups on the skin.

I love your energy, posing angles, and how you connect with the camera in the new headshots, but I do like the younger feel of the top in the old headshots.

Very nice! I agree some minor touchups to take away flyaway hairs and reduce the appearance of some lines would be good.

Not bad! Definitely needs some retouching, but overall, very solid Smiler
