Hi guys! I would really appreciate some help.
Do anyone know some good acting schools that has summer programs anywhere in Europe? Or some really good acting teacher that has one. Or maybe a longer summer workshop. I'm 15 so preferably one for youth.
I've know Central School of Speech & Drama in London has one.
Anyone know if it's any good? http://www.cssd.ac.uk/study/sh...re-actors-i-week-one
And finally, can you put this kind of training on your resume?
I've heard good things about the Roy Hart Theatre in France as well as BADA in Oxford and RADA.
Anyone know any more?
The accredited drama schools in the UK are all part of the CDS, and you can find a list right here :-)
Go to Download CDS Guides, and there you'll be able to get a list of the accredited schools in the guide.
To my knowledge (being a UK actor) the current "top 4" (unoffical and in no particular order) are:
Bristol Old Vic
The main thing to research though is what they can offer you.
LAMDA, for example, offers a mix of classical and screen training, whereas RADA and Bristol tend to shy away from these, focusing on classical stage acting.
Also, be forewarned, most of their courses only have approximately 10-15 places every year!
