My dd went to their go see two weeks ago and has been placed on hold and released three times so far during their 16 day shoot with the promise that she will book later. Is this normal for Toys R Us? Thanks

TRU and BRU often place models on hold. Some turn into bookings and some don't. I have learned to not take any information as concrete and a guarantee. If your dc books excellent...if he or she doesn't three holds are great as it shows their interest. Try to not hold onto their promise for a future booking bc you might get disappointed. Just move on to the next casting or booking!! Good luck!!

P.s. if you are in Miami market my aforementioned comment applies to TRU in NY. TRU/BRU often rebooks here.

Thanks for the feedback! We are in the Miami market but your advice applies here- on to the next! My 6 year old dd has booked a number of times down here but it would of been my 2 year old DD's first time so I was/ is hoping that she would book it. Your advice is great!
