It was quite the adventure! We got there a little after 3 pm and were fitted and cast at 6:15 pm. Long casting, lots of out of control kids, noisy, hot show room...

We were there at 3:30 and I thought at the time, it went pretty smoothly. We didn't wait too long, tried the clothes on, picture taken and out!

You were one of the lucky ones!

We were also at the go see/casting/fitting. It was unorganized, chaotic, crowded and hot. The worst part was they weren't even seeing the children in the order they arrived - I assume those that knew someone jumped the line?? I also noticed several people arrive only to turn around and leave, not wanting to wait around in the chaos.

This was quite an experience that's for sure.

My daughter booked the show for Saturday. I'm a bit nervous that its such a long day but excited too.

My DS booked for Saturday as well. Very excited but same sentiments, a little nervous. We are still pretty new at this.

For those who went last year or going tomorrow, can you share your experience? Do both parents usually go? Do we sit where everyone sits and can take pictures? Should I bring a bag of goodies and toys or will it get lost in the back? DD is going for two shows on Sunday. Thanks!

My dd walked last year. The majority of kids had one parent but there were some dads, grandmas, etc. As soon as we got there we were separated from kids. They were in a studio, we were in the waiting, lobby area. They had snacks with the kids, booty and some other things. We were told they'd get lunch but it was just baked by Melissa cupcakes - which made the kids happy. Lots of kids had electronics, somehow they amused themselves as it was a long time. Occasionally we would pop in to make sure kids were ok. During the show we were allowed to sit with the other attendees and take pictures & video. Of course things may be different this year but that was my experience. Hope it helps! Have fun. It was very cool!

I'm curious how the Sunday shows went. My daughter walked in one of the Saturday shows. We had a call time of 12 for a show that didn't start until 3:30 or so, and we waited two and a half hours before she even started getting ready. It was so chaotic!!

it was the same they called us at 3 and she went on 530. but we were lucky we were towards end and still got to see party
