I'm taking my daughter (age 4) to her first fashion show go-see this week. Any advice on what she should wear (assuming same as to a print go-see)? Also will they ask her to 'walk' for them? Just trying to prepare her for what's expected of her. Thank you!

My DS did this last year, and they just put him in an outfit and took a photo for their wallboard. No practice walking was asked of him. They did a quick rehearsal the morning of the show. It was a lot of waiting, but a LOT of fun. If you book, bring lots of toys, lol. Good luck!

It's a real easy go see. I'm not sure, but I felt that way about the spring show. My child enjoyed it but be aware that Your child is young and they do not allow parents to sit with them, regardless of age. so your child will be backstage and in a room with all of the other kids for a few hours without your supervision. Most people are fine with this but I knew of many of the parents that had young kids very uncomfortable with that idea. They are a great company just know that because I know I didn't know that until the day of the show and I was surprised.
Good luck. The kids look so adorable in their outfits. It's a very unique experience.

Sorry not sure if I made my post clear. I meant day of show. At go see they just ask the child to try on their outfit.

My daughters were requested for the go see tomorrow. They are a Size 4. I've just been told there is a size change and they are no longer needed.

Did anyone else experience this?

Is this the same as the request for Petite Parade, they seem to be the organizers of the fashion show. MY DS also a size 4.

Vogue Bambini casting/fitting was very well organized yesterday...Petite Parade, not so much...lol. We were there for three hours and they were telling parents who arrived towards the end of the casting that it would be a hour or two before their kids would audition. This was at 5:45 pm. The clothing was adorable and once they got to our dd, it went fast.

There was one for Vogue Bambini and a second one for Petite Parade. I imagine that the bookings will go out tomorrow sometime as the runway shows are Sat & Sun. GLTA

I've seen on fb fittings for Sundays show not saturday. Last year my dd walked the Saturday show and she didn't do a fitting.

Our DD was told at the Petite Parade casting/fitting "Thanks, see you Sunday".

So we are assuming that she was cast for that one.

I think we might hear tonight or Even tomorrow morning. It's a lot of decisions to make , to place kids into each show.

I thought the Petite Parade go see was run really poorly. That was the problem, it was a gosee and fitting. We waited almost 3 hours and then they told us to go home because they had enough children. I do appreciate the nice parents that we met, thanks for giving my DS some chix nuggets Smiler
