Marlon Brando

| He let's you audit his class.
I've never taken his class, but know him through other acting stuff. He's a cool guy.
I've audited his class and thought it was good and learned something. It started out watching a scene from a known film and analyzing it. He then went into scenes. For the scenes, you're expected to rehearse outside and have props and costumes (the main reason I never taken his class). After giving critiques and redirects, it's on camera stuff. You'll get a film/tv side and do that on camera as if it was an audition. You'll also do a commercial audition on camera as well. Get feedback, etc.
The class is stupid cheap and also includes an additional day where you can get career advice and do mailings with other students. Kind of like what they do at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.
As far as any method goes, he doesn't seem to adhere to one and is a use whatever works for you guy. |
