So, I got a message on LACasting from 'Impact Talent Group' and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them?

Since I can't find a lot about them online. Which is probably not a good thing?

They have 8 clients listed on IMDBPro and 4 agents listed. That's quite an agent to talent ratio ...

Looks like a starter agency.

They're a management company.

In the email, they said they were a "boutique talent agency."

Meet with them and report back. Did they come from name agencies and on good terms? Etc

I use to be represented by them until I moved to NY. They are an offshoot from another agency. One agent went into management, the other formed an agency. Both changed their names. Impact Talent Group is the agency. Just because something says boutique doesn't mean dodgey.
