| "Insidious" A Jerry Schram Film Much Anticipated New Feature Film "Insidious" Opens Friday May 23rd, 2008 New York (PRWeb) April 24, 2008 -- Independent Film & Television Production/Distribution house Romantic Troubadour Entertainment has announced the theatrical opening of their highly anticipated feature film Insidious. The new 96-minute urban drama was shot in various New York City area locations and is awaiting release Friday May 23rd, 2008 at the Quad Cinema in Manhattan. Producer/director/writer Jerry Schram explains "Insidious is a compelling, riveting and mysterious story of desperation and betrayal." "It is a dark, and dramatic story, but there is always a ray of light." "Change is constant," says Schram, "one can embrace it, or attempt to resist it, and therein lies the opportunity for redemption, or destruction of the human spirit." "There is a delicate balance between living and dying." "It is the fundamental issue." Insidious positions the character of twenty-one year old Donny Rocconi, in a seductive ambush, that turns his world upside down. He faces a fight for truth, love and life itself in Insidious. The ensemble cast of characters range in age from early twenties, to late forties, and their multiple adult story lines are centered in their emotional and financial relationships. Insidious has a strong ensemble of New York City acting talent. "Love drives everything in life," said Schram, when asked about the narrative thrust of the story, "and misery, is a human condition."
