Happy Summmer, Everyone!

I am new to the forum and i read your article which i found very instructive, great job!!!
I am with a modeling & talent management, nice people but i think that my kids do not get called enough. Maybe once a month if not less. My daughter got 3 printing jobs in almost 2yrs. My son who's younger (21months)barely go to "go see"...
Plus my agency is not the direct agency so when I go to "go see" i actually to have to put down another agency name, not a big deal but when my kids get a job, it's 15% + 15% then the rest for them...

I'd like to try to get on my own or find a really good modeling agency to take my kids under its wings.
I've read lots of the posts and lots of you are using NYcasting.com, do you really find it good. Is it mostly legit?

To the client's "eyes" is it better to have an agency?
Will it be ok to be with several agencies at the same time? Since the one i have right now is not calling me often, if i was to be with another one and they happen to call me more...

I hope i'll be able to make some good contacts in this forum and who knows maybe some friends too that share the same interests. I've been to few "go see" and some parents are so very cold, it's like the competition is "on". To me it's a way to get my kids more open, to have fun and when they grow up and they want to continue on this path, they'll have that much...
