Well, it looks like once again, JRP is taking advantage of an almost sure thing and setting up booths at the theatres where the Hannah Montana movie is playing, luring in hundreds of families with little girls that want to become stars themselves.
As we were leaving the theatre today (we saw Juno - loved it), we heard the squeels of very excited preteens waiting to see the much awaited Hannah movie. Then I noticed a table set up in the middle of the lobby and I had a hunch of what I might find. I read the poster, which started with "iPOP" talent search. I read on and sure enough, at the bottom was John Robert Powers.
I don't know if the "iPOP" slogan will be the same in every city or theatre, but I just thought I'd put this out there for others to be aware of.

Well, this is something we can certainly agree on Mominbiz. If they are setting up booths in theaters, hundreds if not thousands of families will be bilked out of thousands of dollars! Have they no scruples at all? If I see them in any of my local theaters, I will certainly complain to management and provide them with some reading material about JRP and Ipop. What a shame.
