I have actually found a few things for my son through explore talent. Mostly theater postings but you will see some student films on there too. In fact there is a temple u film listed on there right now. I agree that I haven't found much on there but my son got a Drexel U student film lead that I saw on there. I haven't found that it's a scam, it just doesn't produce a whole lot. Other places to try that don't cost anythig if you are in Philadelphia are: www.film.org, www.theateralliance.com and sometimes www.heerycasting.com and www.mikelemoncasting.com. How long have you been doing this laurenp34? Are you parent or child? My 13 yr old son is just starting in film but has done a good bit of theater. We are in philly area too. I hope this has been helpful to you. Good Luck!

we've been using all of them - film.org, mandy.com, actorsaccess.com, backstage.com, and others for 2 years. If you have no agent who is really woring for you you would not be able to audition for "bigger" projects. I would suggest to look for agent.

With Actorsaccess.com pay yearly fee, I think it's 68.00, you would have access to sides too and submittion is unlimited.
