It is very much like a theater audition - they're on stage for less than 2 minutes. They pull in the best managers and agencies. Best to register early.

Sunday, November 16, 2008 a day of mini auditions for New York Agents, Managers and Casting Directors. Prepare 16 bars of a song and a 20 second monologue or a slightly longer version of either one! Cost $20 plus $5 for accompanist. Auditions begin at 10 am for ages 3 /12 – 9 and continue for the rest of the day for pre-teens, teens and adults. You must call to sign up and get an audition time.
