Hi there everyone. Very new to the biz. I kept my daughter busy this summer with one commercial (found on Craig's list)an indie film (small part near end of movie...no lines but with the main character) and a student film. She did a showcase a few weeks ago and the feedback was good from the agents but only one call and they asked her to sign. Has anyone heard of Models Inc Talent Agency? Thanks ahead for any input.

Hi, I know this agency. Sherrie used to be with Generations Talent Agency and left over a year ago to start her own agency. She was always easy to work with and seemed to know a lot about the business. She's still new in this market, but I know she has kids who do print work for Mervyns.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Nor Cal mom, My daughter really wants the acting part more than the print part of the business but she seems really nice and she is giving my daughter a chance...thanks for writing

Both my kids prefer the acting to the print as well, but up here lately there hasn't been much in the way of acting opportunities. When Generations sold it's modeling division to Ford my daughter wanted to stick with both, but my son is just with Generations for the acting. We're in the process of exploring representation in LA for more acting opportunities. How old is your daughter? My kids are 13 and 9. Good luck with everything.

NorCalmom, my son is also with Generations (We love Jennifer) and she was able to give him a referral to some agencies in Los Angeles. My son is currently signed with KSA, and they have been really good about sending him out only for big projects, and not waisting our time with the small ones that wouldn't pay enough to get him down there.
