I've heard good things about Tony Sepulveda for younger kids.
My older son took classes at Kalmenson & Kalmenson at one time, but I think they only do teens these days.

There aren't alot of kid classes (at least ones that aren't scams) because it is very difficult for kids to break into voiceover--the are competing against adults who do kids' voices. Not trying to be discouraging. Just explaining why it is hard to find good kids' classes.

Honestly...the best training is regular, quality acting classes. Good voiceover actors are just plain good ACTORS.

Hope that helps a little.

My DS booked a VO and never took a class. The agent/manager will tell you exactly what the CD is looking for as far as age of character and what they are looking for. Save your money for an improv class or an on-camera class. An agent/manager will send you out for VO's even if you haven't taken a VO class.

My daughter went on a voice over audition without having had any v/o training and felt uncomfortable and unprepared for it. Now, she wants voice over training. It makes sense to me that it involves specific training and unique skills.

I disagree with New mom. Just like with most things there are fundamentals that you should learn to perform well. That doesn't mean you can't book a voiceover without taking a class. Both of my kids were booking V/O jobs long before they took a class.

I recommend Tony Gonzales in L.A. at The Young Actors Voiceover Workshop at http://www.kidsvo.com/. Tony was formerly with Disney TV animation casting. What he teaches your child you cannot get from simply performing a voiceover.

Good luck!
