I had sent my now 1 year old son's picture to Shirley Grant last summer. We just received a call this week from them sending him on an audition. We went Tuesday and didn't hear anything back. I just sent them an updated picture. I also sent pictures to the other top agencies. Will we be hearing more from Shirley Grant since he is now 1 and has been sent out once? What are the odds of hearing from the other agencies? Also, does how he "performed" at the audition have anything to do with him being called in the future? Just curious how this whole thing works! Call David at Shriley Grant and tell them you really enjoyed the first audition they sent you on but were surprised they called after so much time had passed since your submission. Ask if they think they will be calling you more often because you were just getting ready to submit your son again to everyone at the 1 yr old mark but would be thrilled to begin a relationship with Shirley Grant now. See what they say.

As for his performance being related to whether they will call him again...I dont think there is any relationship. One year olds have no idea what they are doing. They just need to show up and look cute which I am sure yours does.

I think it's more of an issue that there really isnt much acting or commercial work for babies. There is TONS of print work though. Have you submitted him to the modeling agencies?

Thanks so much for your information. I will call Monday. I am so new at this so I am not sure which modeling agencies are the best. I have sent his pictures to Gilla Roos, Funny Faces, CESD, and plan to send them to Abrams and Willemina. Are there others you recommend? Thanks so much!
