did anyone go to the hasbro casting in union city today? was it the usual cattle call? we couldn't make it. i feel like they have castings every other week and all of the pix and info on computer..why don't they just have a mass casting every three or four months and direct book from their bank of pix on file?

I went. It was fine. we were seen within five minutes. seemed like a steady flow of kids in and out.I was there with my 3 and 4 year old and there last week with my 5 month old last week for babies r us. I think they do do long term casting sometimes. My guys have gotten 3 months worth of toys r us bookings out of one go see there.

You need an agent. The people being sent to those castings are being sent by their agents. It's not likely anyone is going to be willing to start posting details of their audition information here because the competition in print is already fierce among agency kids. Also, if Toys-R-Us and Hasbro wanted open auditions, they would list that info themselves for anyone to attend.

You definitely should submit them to agencies. it's well worth letting the agents take their fee and have access to gosees, both open calls and requests. they also may get direct bookings that way, which is great.for something like Toys r us i think most agencies will have the info on their gosees
