I had my headshots done by Dorothy Shi and I thought thay came out okay. I also had my hair and makeup done by her stylists and I was not impressed. My hair looked horrible but my makeup was okay. all for $400. Any body else comments on her?

What did your agents think of the pics you had done by Dorothy Shi?

my agent liked them well she only saw one but she liked it.

Well, the reason I asked is because I've sent many people to shoot with her and I've never heard anyone disappointed by her work or the hair and makeup stylist. Every agent has responded with amazing feedback.

Me and my friend bothwent to her. My hair was awful and i mean awful and my make up was not great. My friend ended up with PINK EYELINER on. I had one okay shot the rest were terrible. Although my agent liked the one photo I really didn't like it but it was the best one and i paid for them.

My DD took picture few year ago, the picture came out O.K.
But hair & make up was so terrible.
Also retouch was not so good.
So far agents liked them very much and I still ues them with good feedbacks.

I'm so shocked and I'm sorry you had that experience - I know the makeup artist personally. Dorothy has several...and the person I know is at the top of her game.
