We FINALLY got some headshots taken, and I am looking for feedback.
I have it posted in the "headshots and resumes" forum, but was hoping to have parents of kids give input, because I think photos for kids can be a bit different than of adults.
There isn't that much difference between a good headshot for an adult vs. a kid. The basics are the basics. There are so many posted, I think you'd get more feedback if you narrowed down the choices. It was too many for me to go through, but what struck me from the ones I looked at is that while they look professional, it looks like he wasn't happy the day he shot them. On the smiling ones, his smile looks really forced. And in the serious ones he looks unhappy. He is such a cutie--find one that shows a beautiful smile for commercials and one where he looks serious by not unhappy.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually he was in a great mood and I think they captured his joy a lot, Im guessing you didnt get past the ones in the sweatshirt....those were the first ones, and that was what he wore that day, and she took some before he actually got dressed and ready for the real shots. I dont think those look that great, but the ones beyond that do.
Ill take your advice and narrow them down.
