Hi, Is there anyone out there who has not heard anything back from the call on March 1st?
And for the Moms of kids repped by Product, what should I do? I sent an email to the intern address on Friday and I have not gotten a response. Should I call? Write this one off? Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

Walida, Thanks for bumping the other threads up, and I have re-read them all in case I missed something before. My situation is a little different in the fact that we received the invite and attended the open call on March 1st and still have not heard anything. I understand that sometimes you don't receive anything regarding submissions, but when all of the information they give you states exactly when they will be in touch and for what purpose, shouldn't I expect to hear something? I am just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat, or maybe we got lost in the shuffle?

Would it be such a bad thing to call about this??? I know they say not to, but in this situation maybe it is OK!???! We still have not heard a thing about our reschedule. In the paperwork we had received they said the end of March. That is quickly approaching.

Well, you know, after an hour of that old high school feeling of "Should I call, should I not", I finally called! All they had to say was they have already sent out no thank you emails and have called those they were interested in, and my daughter's name did not sound familiar. Did I really go to this or was I having a "Dallas" moment? Oh well, moving on!
Maybe you should resubmit your son as if you hadn't done so before and see what happens?

OMG, That is crazy. Would you resubmit her again to them or just move on to other agencies?

Probably not. But there are so many others out there - Product has a great reputation but not every agency is right for everyone. I am getting some help with pictures and we'll see what happens with those.

You really have got to be kidding me! That is so unprofessional. Maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow. Unbelievable!

Hayden's Mommy, I felt like it was a little unprofessional as well. I'm not sure who answered the phone, but it seems as though the interns handle emails. Maybe they should be checking their staff? This feels like such a fluke because I haven't heard one bad word about them, even from people they were not interested in. I would give them a call and see what happens. If someone is not returning emails, they are probably getting more phone questions than usual. Let us know how it goes!

So I just called and spoke to someone named Amanda. She told me the next open call will be 4/12 and I should be getting an email within a week or so. If I don't, I should call and remind them!!!

Yea!! That's great! Did she remember who your son was?

Ha ha! I didn't even give my name. I was hoping she wouldn't ask. So we'll see what happens!

Amanda is the co-owner..she's actually very nice & straight forward (in my opinion).

With both of my kids - one we went to an Open Call one we did not - but for both we did receive no thanks/interest emails fairly soon after the Open Call & submitting.

So that's kinda' weird they didn't respond sooner....

In any event - resubmit to them in 6mths ...& to other agency's in the meantime.

Ocmom-Just wanted to let you know that I received an email in response to the one I sent two weeks ago. It said they would be sending out emails about their next open call shortly. I was wondering if they sent one to you in reference to your son.

I'm glad you called them yesterday and it's good they finally responded to your email. At least you know you are still in the loop.

Seems like they must have a lot going on there -- both my daughters were offered representation by Product last month yet I just got the email inviting them to the next open call!
