I'm really new to this. I subscribed to NY Castings and backstage.com. I've been looking around and it seems they are both legit. Through then I'm submitted my son to a few castings. I just received a call that someone wants to meet with us about possible representation. Since my son has very limited experience, what can I put on a resume? He's done a print add for a local retail store and also billboards for the same establishment. How do I even list those? Any help would be really appreciated.

Both sites you mention are legit. But where did this person get your name, is it in response to something you submitted for? Be sure and if it isn't, be leery. There shouldn't be upfront fees, no pressure to use specific photographers or classes, etc. You might want to just mention his experience in a cover letter as opposed to submitting a weal resume.
