I'd try to find out a lot more about them before I dragged my kids in to this call. Seems as though they are more of a company that staff trade shows with adult "spokespeople." They claim they are looking to represent talent for on camera work...are they a licensed agency? I see some definite red flags here. Please do your due diligence...find out more about their business.
They state they are a management company on some websites: "Lynne C & Co is a model management firm. We represent models for promotions, trade shows. demonstrations, fit models and various other assignments."

I know we all try to be helpful by sharing open call casting information. Reposting casting calls or talent searches, to me, feels a bit like making an endorsement or validating the information. Like any referral, I would be certain of the validity of the info before I shared it on a public board.

I've seen them listed as both an agency and a model management firm. I've never heard of them before, never seen their name on sign in sheets etc. Unless someone can come up with references, I would proceed with extreme caution. I would not spend my gas/toll money and time on this. I might be wrong here, but I don't think I'd take my kid to this.

And even if someone does perform the background check before posting casting info, this is the internet. Verify the info for yourselves by contacting the companies directly. If you don't know a company's phone number, Google is your friend. Consider postings like these as leads, and follow up.
