I would be more than happy to share some ideas Angels, but it is hard without knowing a few things. Such as... your profile says you are in Guam. Will you be there for long? If yes, can you travel pretty easily? Anyway, if she wants to go professional, the obvious answer assuming she has done the community, regional theater thing, would be to either get an agent and audition for professional theater companies, or national tours. You could also subscribe to Backstage and find casting notices that our open (meaning no agent needed.)

When is the audition? DD made it into the top 40 last summer, but we didn't get an email (didn't necessarily expect one). She's quickly approaching 58", but we'd like to take another shot at it.

My DD was supposedly on the 'Hotlist' after attending the March auditions, but we haven't received an email as of yet (hopefully it wasn't lost..ugh). Oh well, she's been brushing up on skills and preparing to go no matter what anyway so... Any idea when the auditions are this Spring?

I am not sure why. The letter just said that they were renewing the tour for the 2008-2009 season and that they continue to be pleased with the talent.. etc. Same stuff. I imagine the reason it is late is because the tour route doesn't start until later, or maybe it isn't even worked out yet. Just guessing though. The letter also didn't specify when in September the auditions would take place. I am assuming it will be early.
