He actually had an appointment for Wednesday last week through his agent. I did see the cattle call post on Craig's List. I was wondering how that was going to work since my son was given three scenes to memorize before the audition. If those poor kids who went to the open call had to memorize all the lines or even master them for the camera before their open call audition, then they deserve the roll. It was a a lot of script.

We went on Aug 25, My son was one of the oldest there, But the Agent said the part was to hard for a 5 yr old.He had the 3 pages down but we didn't hear anything and were thinking about going again on that Friday.

I too questioned the age of the role and my son auditioning for it. My ds is 9 and I was told it was too hard for a 5 yr old, but when we were there for the audition, there was a little 5 year old who had the lines down. My ds had the lines down as well, but it seemed he was one of the older ones auditioning.

My son also had a scheduled appointment audition before the September 5th call. We have not heard anything either. My son did the lines and then the CD had him do some improv. Just wondering if it went the same for all the boys. Anyone hear anything?

My son was asked to do two scenes according to the script, then he was asked to improv. as well. We haven't heard anything either.
