A helpful tip: when you have a question, it's useful to click the "Find" button (one of the little red buttons above the first post in any thread). Type in the subject you're interested in (in this case, "Brilliant Talent Management"). Make sure to UNCHECK the box that says "Search current forum only." Then hit "submit." That will bring up all the threads on that topic.
