Other than Craigslist & the Village Voice, what reliable resources are available to find safe, family-friendly housing for kids & parents who come to the city (NYC) to work during the summer months? Thanks!

If you know anything about the different NY boroughs and their communities, you can always search their local papers. For instance, there are several very nice communities in Brooklyn, Queens and even The Bronx that will be far far cheaper to rent than anything in Manhattan.

Actorsmommy, thank you. I'm somewhat familiar with the other boroughs,it's just a matter of finding areas within which are both safe,
kid friendly & conveniently located. I've heard there are several really nice areas in Brooklyn. I'll try to do more research outside of Manhattan today. Thanks again!
Boys,boys,boys I think most agencies who rep
kids will work w/ out of town children they like if the parents are willing to commit for the summer.
