What do you think about posting your child's photo on an agency's website? This seems to be an option with many agents, but is a good thing to do? What is the standard?

My opinion is that the child's last name should not appear on the website. There is no need for anyone to know the child's last name, if there are more than one of the child's name they can use the first letter of the last name

Our agent's site is private - only their clients know the url and have access with a username and password. Even parents don't have access to it unless they go to the agent's office to look at it. I don't think the child's last name is on the site either which I think is good.

I have both of my kids online/website for the agency and I feel I have received more calls for gosees then some people who are not on website but with the same agency.I have been told by the agency they were picked off website most of the time.
It cost to do it but it is not crazy expensive.good luck
