Hi everyone! We are just starting out and I have a question about scheduling photo shoots. I know that go sees are scheduled after school hours but once a child gets a booking, is the shoot scheduled after school, as well? We've only been on about 5 go see's. No "holds" or bookings, yet. But we are having a lot of fun in the process!! How many go sees did your children go on before getting a booking? I know it is vastly different for everyone but I just thought I'd find out about your experiences. Thanks! Smiler

My dd misses about 3 days of school a month and about 2 days a week i need to get her out an hour early to attend auditions/go-sees. She is an excellent student (so many in the biz are) and i have a great relationship with her teacher who expects me to home school when she is out.

We are just starting out also and our first go see we were booked! We haven't been on many so I am kinda wondering when the go sees will start rolling in. I imagine we will have a client that want's an out of the box kid as my child is a boy with long locks. But so far we have been getting good responses. Good luck to you!

Just sit back and let it happen. I find it is easier to handle the ups and downs if you have no expectations...don't wait, but always be prepared...that's my approach.
