When I self-submit my DD for a role, (online) and am asked for agent name, should I give that info or not? I mean since I'm the one submitting and not her agent.

If your DD is signed with one agent, you should always include the agent's name. If you are freelancing with several agents, then I think it's up to you to include an agent's name if you would like them to deal with a specific agent for any negotiations. If the project is a no-pay, then it really doesn't matter except to inform your agent in case your DD books it and it becomes a conflict and you need to book her out.
