The answer is Yale School of Drama, and Juilliard. (I'm being facetious, of course, but those are schools that turn heads.)

I don't think either of those schools you named carry any more influence than the other. People respond to the school that means something personally to them. They'll be happy just to see that you've been to any reputable acting school and taken some acting classes, instead of most new actors out there who have no training or have only taken "cold reading" or "commercials" classes.
