I wanted to put a post up to get some insight from the seasoned professionals on this board into their story of how they got their first agent/manager or just share a story where good business and professionalism got them something. I think it would be beneficial and motivational for all the newbies on here. If you don't want to give specifics thats fine just a short story to share with the rest of us.

also, I forgot to write this, but if you have a unique or funny story of how you got your union card (any of the 3) please share with us.

This is a good question but I think you posted it in the wrong section. This is just New Actors so you might not reach the right people.

good point, I'll repost in the "working actor" section. I was hoping that this would be up so the new actors would read and have something to shoot for.
