I need a little help with this since I am new to the biz. My daughter's acting teacher started a business she classifies as "Talent Management". I know that this is not considered an "Agent", but the contract states a 20% commission. I thought the commission is usually 15% for management? She is also sending emails of auditions for my daughter to go on. Do I need both? Which one is more important? I was thinking of getting her Agency representation and I would be her manager.
