As in, how important is your academic career vs a great audition?
Here's a summary of my life story: I was a very lazy in high school. Had no extracurriculars and only took the SAT once (and didn't prepare). I ended high school with about a 3.5 GPA and an 1800 on the SATs.
I'm currently attending Pace University and as of now my GPA is around a 3.8. Still no extracurriculars, but I'm going to be working on a couple of shows soon as well as working for a theater in NYC during Christmas break.
With a decent resume along with a strong GPA in my first semester of college and my high school stats, is transferring to NYU this year possible if I give a strong audition?
