I have have heard and read bad things about The Hollywood Fight Club Theater. Can anyone relate a bad experience or seen a bad play from them?

I saw two shows there and they weren't very good. Actually, they were really bad. And there's something about the place that screams - low rent. But that's just my opinion. Anyone else?
