I'm hoping to head over in april or may, hopefully get a student visa because although i have had some training before its been a while and i need to refresh. So will go fromt there but just wondered if any other Irish/English actors/beginners are heading out there too?? It looks like i will be heading out there on my own and i am getting a bit nervous at the thought of it. Just wanted to know if there was anybody in the same boat as me really??

Hi Kerrie my names Steve. I seem to be in the same boat as you I have some experience but want to refresh a bit. I dont know if you know this but the US goverment have announced a new 1 year work visa for Irish passport holders. Im looking to head over around the end of May 09, how are your plans going.
