I found the sides that I need for audition on Showfax, but the content is set as protected - my guess: it lets me download it, but when I try to print - it only prints a single diagonal line across the page. The rest is empty. What do I have to do to be able to print it out? I am sure there is a way. I get the same results whenever I try to print it from the attachment sent by the agent...

Are you sure you're logged in to Showfax correctly? I'm not sure what the problem might be otherwise.

In the worst case scenario, can you screen cap it and print that?

Note that these instructions are for a PC. Not sure if it's the same on a Mac.

To do a screen capture, have whatever you want on the screen (i.e. the visible sides), press the "Print Screen" (possibly "Prnt Scrn") button somewhere on the upper right-ish of your keyboard.

Open up a graphics program like MS Paint, then "edit" -> "paste", and voi la, you should have a snapshot of whatever was on your screen. You can then print that.

Not the best solution, but an ok option if nothing else works!
