I was wondering when a person sign with an agency and the agency says i want you for 1 year. After 1 year the contract expires what happens to the person do they sign a new contract or do they have a choice to leave the agency.

Typically if the agency is interest in extending the contract they will contact you about a few weeks before the contract expires and offer to extend the term, but you do not have to stay with that agency once the contract expires. Good luck!
