2 bedrooms to sublet for one year starting in July

Located at 110th St. and Columbus Ave. (right under Columbia
University - but not too close, and right above the upper west side -
but not too close) It's right next to the B/C lines and 1 train. We
live across the street from Morningside Park and a block away from
Central Park.

Rent is $650/month or $670/month + uttlites. I am asking for first
month's rent and one month deposit upon moving in.

The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom, a common area, and
kitchen (the whole space was refurbished some a few years before I
moved in, so its actually a bit nicer than some of the pre-war
buildings in the area)

1st floor for easy move-innage
safe building - tennants are nice and really you don't see most of
them anyways. Building keys are electronic and can't be copied

Pets are allowed (although we have none)
No mice AND/OR cockroaches!!!! (yes really ^_^)

I am an actor/writer/director, and am never really home. Into keeping
the private space private - ie not into having parties or people or
crackheads over all the time.

Please be: clean, employed or at least with and incoming source of
monetary funds, respectful of space, quiet, and taking your shoes off
in the apartment, etc... ooh! and personality, that's good too : P
