I have a great 2br. apt, located in the Upper East Side(lower 90's). I'm looking for a roommate. The room is 9X12, unfurnished, has a huge closet and lots of storage above the closet. I'm ok, if you are looking for a sublet, but it would be ideal to find someone who is interested in going on the lease and who would have an interest in possibly picking up the lease. But again sublets are very welcome.
Rent: $1275 per month, not including utilities(usually tend to run around $40 a month)
I would need 1st months and lasts months rent up front and 1 months security.
Apt.
-2br apt.--1br. for rent
-Full kitchen (+dishwasher)
-Breakfast area/sitting nook in kitchen
-1 bath room
-Den/studio area(it is sound proof--which is fantastic!!!)
-4th floor walk up
-Close to subway. 4,5 express and 6 local
-Great area! Tuns of shops and many great eats.
-No smoking
-No pets

Me: Female 18-25 performer/theatre major. I am a singer so I do reherse in the apt. around a 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day. Like to hang out, go to the movies, she shows, explore NYC. Keep a clean apt. Don't do drugs of any kind.

You: Female 18-20's(slightly older ok). Clean--don't do drugs of any kind. Not an excesive party thrower. Will help wih apt. duties, taking out trash, cleaning, picking up after yourself. Nice, fun, responsible person.

I'd like to find someone before March 1st--but if it ends up being slightly after that that's ok.
