It's a big room which is the size of two rooms put together. That room is $500/mo. Utilities are not included and are usually another $70 a month. Very close to NYC. It's a nice family area too. Just to remind you of the situation, it's me two other wonderful friendly girls and one other guy. The bedroom for rent is on the second level. The place is really spacious. Big kitchen, living room, side yard, dining room. Just one bathroom but it's never a problem cause we are all on different schedules. There is a small sweet doggy also. I know this sounds a bit crazy but it's actually pretty great and if you are a good fit we will welcome you with open arms. This is important...WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN MOVE IN BY OCTOBER 1st.
